All appointments are booking requests and are not confirmed until approved by FREEFLOW Detailing. Final pricing will be confirmed following a full vehicle inspection and before we proceed with the detail.

If your requested date or time cannot be approved, FREEFLOW Detailing will contact you by SMS, phone or email to arrange a suitable alternative appointment. Any rescheduled date and time must be agreed upon by both the client and FREEFLOW Detailing before the booking is confirmed.

Customers must disclose any known stains, odours, pet hair, sand, damage or other conditions that may require additional treatment. The customer must provide safe and lawful access to the vehicle, sufficient working space, and access to water and electricity for the duration of the service.

At least 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. No cancellation fee or booking deposit currently applies. Payment is due on the day, after the detail has been completed.

For locations requiring 50 minutes or more of travel from our operating location, an additional travel fee may apply. Any travel fee will be disclosed before the booking is confirmed. Appointments may be rescheduled where weather, access or working conditions prevent the service from being completed safely.

Nothing in these conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

FREEFLOW Pressure Washing & Detailing collects information you provide through this website, including your name, contact details, suburb, vehicle information, service selections and booking details.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess and manage booking requests, provide detailing services, communicate with you and maintain reasonable business records. Enquiry and booking information may be processed by service providers including Formspree and Cal.com. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to provide the requested service or where required by law. To request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold about you, email contact@freeflowdetailing.com.au.
